Country selection via a dropdown with full country names — on partners and on generated PDFs (instead of raw country codes).
Accept EU VAT IDs (validated via VIES) in the partner tax-number field, so EU partners can be registered without a Croatian OIB.
Partner lookup via VIES: company data for EU VAT IDs is fetched from VIES, while Croatian OIBs still resolve against the Court Register — one button picks the source from the number entered.
